Our Purpose
At Ridge & Roam, our purpose is to share our love for exploring Southern Africa and make it easier for others to experience it for themselves. We want to give you the freedom to travel your way, with the vehicles, caravans and outdoor gear to create an adventure that suits you. From planning your journey to getting you on the road, we're here to provide the equipment, guidance and support you need to roam further and experience more.
About us
Ridge & Roam was born from a genuine love for camping, wildlife and exploring Southern Africa. As brothers, André and Zander have spent years travelling through the region, discovering the places that make you want to leave the main roads behind and spend a little longer in the wild.
Our experience comes from actually being out there - camping, travelling, exploring and learning what makes a setup comfortable, practical and dependable. That experience shapes the vehicles and equipment we choose, the way we prepare every rental, and the personal service we provide to every guest.
Our goal is to offer something beyond a standard rental. We want to help you experience Southern Africa on your own terms. Whether that means a quiet weekend in the bush, a wildlife-filled adventure or a journey through some of the country's more remote landscapes.
We invite you to get in touch and let us help you plan an adventure that takes you beyond the usual tourist routes and closer to the wildlife, landscapes and open spaces that make Southern Africa so special.
